We do not have a physical store but have a warehouse in Cartersville, GA. If you are in the area and want to shop our samples, please call us and arrange a time to come by!
Ordering
We have twice weekly Facebook sales and daily Instagram sales.
You can check the status of your order by clicking on My Account, which is found at the top of our homepage.
We try our best to accommodate change requests and cancellations but we typically ship within 24 hours. Therefore, please email or call us immediately if you need to make a change and we will try our best to make it happen! You can also reach our shipping department at shipping@smockingbirdkids.com. All order changes and cancellations are subject to a $5 fee.
Yes! We have partnered with Sezzle to allow customers to break their order into 4 interest-free installments at no cost to you! This feature is only available on orders over $50.
We charge sales tax in AL, AR, GA, IL, IN, KA, KY, MD, NJ, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA, and WV . All other states ship tax-free.
All codes can be entered during the checkout process.
Shipping
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $125 within the continental US only. Shipping costs for orders under $125 are just $5.99. Please note during special sales, shipping charges may change.
In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. Pre-order items have set shipping dates which can be found in the item details and on your order. Please allow an extra 2 weeks for personalized items.
Standard shipping is provided through USPS First Class which typically takes 2-5 business days. Need it sooner? Please select expedited shipping at checkout (USPS Priority Mail or UPS).
All pre-orders ship by the date stated on your order. If the date has passed and you still do not have your precious items, please email shipping@smockingbirdkids.com so we can figure out what is going on!
Typically, yes, your order will ship in one package unless you had a pre-order or monogrammed item in your order.
An email will be sent to you with the tracking number. If you do not see it, check your spam/junk folder or email us for it!
Yes! We ship United States Postal Service to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Yes, we ship all over the world via UPS.
Sizing
While our outfits tend to be generous, please refer to the size chart associated with each item. If you have any other specific sizing questions, just email us at info@smockingbirdkids.com.
Returns
We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges at this time. However, we do offer store credit on all items purchased at full price. To receive store credit, you must return the form that was included with your purchase within 10 days of receipt. Your order may be subject to a $5 restocking fee. Hair bows, swimwear, socks and personalized items are final sale. Sale items or items purchased at a discount are not eligible for returns or refunds.
